A message dated May 12, 1998, was read stating the Senate has passed           
CSHB 344(FIN) am with the following amendment and it is                        
transmitted for consideration:                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 344(FIN) am S                             
"An Act relating to paternity establishment and to support orders;            
relating to the crime of criminal nonsupport; relating to divorces,            
dissolutions, and actions to declare a marriage void; and providing
